To this aim, we continuously work to increase standards, enhance the calibre of our offerings, and give students the opportunity to "Learn Without Limits." To make this goal a reality, we engage with local secondary academies, neighbourhood primary partners, regional and national collaborations through the Jubilee Network, and our freedoms as an academy. The creation and implementation of our GOALS values, which promote our ethos and emphasis on aspiration, respect, learning, and global citizenship, are supported by our PSHE and assembly programmes. To offer a tailored learning curriculum with a variety of pathways to maximise each student's potential. putting students at the centre of their own learning so they may speak up and become successful independent learners To make sure students realise their maximum potential, it is important to use assessment for learning efficiently and make sure that students can meet their goals by providing tracking, support, intervention, and guidance. to increase the school's potential to serve as a hub for the best possible education for all students by developing efficient professional development and training systems. All aspects of the school's development, from a focus on raising standards and utilising cutting-edge teaching and learning methods to the successful application of technology to support monitoring, reporting, assessment, and behaviour systems, are supported by the school's professional development and partnership work.
