Children aged 2 to 11 attend the special day school Greenmead School, which is maintained by Wandsworth. We specialise in teaching students who have substantial and severe learning difficulties. Many students have additional physical impairments, communication issues, and significant medical requirements. After receiving three straight Outstanding ratings from Ofsted prior to September 2016, we are really happy to have kept that rating. To make learning enjoyable, relevant, and engaging, we make sure that every student follows a curriculum that is highly personalised and differentiated. We aim for all of our children to leave Greenmead as confident, independent life-learners who are able to express themselves and their choices, are problem-solvers and who can contribute to the community in which they live and learn. We work closely with colleagues in health and social care to provide integrated therapies throughout the school day and to support our work with families to ensure all children are able to reach their full potential in a safe and happy environment. We hope that the details on our website will be able to address your inquiries regarding our institution.
