I'm honoured to give you a glimpse into our dynamic and interesting learning environment, which offers a variety of engaging learning experiences and aids in developing children's essential life-long abilities. Our motto at Glenthorne Community Primary School is "Living to Learn, Learning for Life." We are adamant about giving kids an environment that supports their independence. We urge all of our students to aspire to be the best versions of themselves, and this encourages our kids to have a "can do" mentality. Additionally, we think it's important to provide students the chance to lead, take initiative, and collaborate with others. The team at Glenthorne Community Primary School places a strong emphasis on building strong relationships with students and has high expectations for what they can accomplish. We use a "Teach to the Top" methodology that enables students of all skill levels to be stretched and challenged while also receiving help to meet their requirements. We support giving our kids chances that foster both academic success and the development of the "whole child." As a school, we offer our students inspiration days to help them become more involved in their study, as well as a variety of extracurricular activities, groups for every interest after school, and specialty days (such days dedicated to the arts and sciences). Being a community school, we are always eager to strengthen ties with the neighbourhood and invite parents, grandparents, carers, and outside visitors to see the wonderful learning opportunities we provide for our students.
