Staff members came to an agreement on a set of value principles during the fall 2015 semester, which we are working to promote in order to help the Fellside students better grasp what makes learning effective. With time, we want to make sure that kids are better able to evaluate their learning and set useful goals for progress. These principles are the cornerstones of daily life at our school and serve as the foundation for both our curriculum and ethos. Our goal is for kids to approach their education with curiosity, to pose questions and take chances. Children are urged to exert all of their effort and to be ready to practise. Children from Fellside should be eager to attempt new things and daring in their studies. At Fellside, being resourceful, imagining beyond the box, and pushing limits are all ways of life. We promote kindness, teamwork, and asking for and providing assistance. Being a student includes making mistakes and perhaps finding things tough. acceptance of constructive criticism in order to benefit from it and keep getting better.
