From the Elizabeth Woodville School
With about 1100 students, Elizabeth Woodville School is an inclusive, comprehensive institution. Our school is spread across two sites: Deanshanger and Roade. Staff members work at both campuses in unison as one school. Being on two sites has many advantages, including having access to first-rate athletic facilities, a broad and balanced curriculum with a variety of alternatives for important stage 4, and qualified staff. The fact that each location has top-notch pastoral systems ensures that all students are known and not just numbers is the benefit that matters most to our students. Our goal is to build a dynamic learning environment where students can succeed both inside and outside of the classroom. Our school's core values—aspiration, self-assurance, curiosity, leadership, and respect—are crucial because they help our students achieve in their future careers. Academic accomplishment is given top priority at Elizabeth Woodville, and we work hard to help each student become an autonomous and resilient learner. We take great pride in our inclusive approach and the wholesome connections we make with parents and the neighbourhood. Additionally, we support our students' involvement in extracurricular activities to help them gain a variety of experiences and skills that they can use both inside and outside of the classroom. We think that every kid can succeed and that EWS is the ideal setting for them to do so. You are more than welcome to visit us and we sincerely hope you find this website to be beneficial.
