From the Didcot Girls' School
Didcot Girls' School's designation as a National Teaching School in July 2017 made us very happy. Initiated in 2011, Teaching Schools are outstanding institutions that collaborate with partner institutions as part of an alliance to offer possibilities for professional growth for teachers at all career phases. Teaching Schools ensure that the most outstanding school leaders are identified and given help to become successful headteachers while raising standards by assisting other schools, particularly those in difficult situations. Hannah Fulwell, the director of teaching school at Didcot Girls' School, is in charge of the Teaching School Alliance, which operates at the local, county, and federal levels. The goal of our teaching school is to engage with other institutions to improve educational standards for children by encouraging institutions, administrators, and teachers to perform at the highest level possible. We are honoured to be collaborating with the schools and organisations listed below. Please get in touch with Hannah Fulwell, our Teaching School Director, at [email protected] if you're interested in joining our partnership. An important ally of the Oxfordshire Teaching School Alliance is DGSTSA.
