Welcome to the webpage for Denmark Road High School.
Therefore, I have been given the impossible responsibility of giving you a written description of our school. When you come to our school, you'll realise my situation.
The family feeling is something you must truly feel because words cannot adequately describe who and what we are.
What I can express is what we stand for and what we believe in.
In the high school in Denmark Road, we behave honourably.
We are aware that we are putting your daughters and sons in a position to seize more possibilities and overcome more difficult obstacles than ever before.
They are the doctors, attorneys, and businesspeople of the future—our leaders.
We are aware that when our young people leave us, they will have lived less than a quarter of their life and attended school for less than 20% of that time.
Excellence is attained at Denmark Road High School via reactivity.
We are developing individuals with character and self-assurance who are totally capable of accomplishing great things.
With 70% of all GCSE results obtained at Denmark Road High School being 9–7 or A*/A, the school is rated 53rd out of all state schools in the UK. The Real Schools Guide has named us the top secondary school in Gloucestershire for the second consecutive year.
