From the The Dean Academy
I feel incredibly blessed and delighted to lead The Dean Academy. This is an exciting time for the school as we embark on a journey of change and improvement. I am convinced that we are becoming into a school that our community can be proud of because we have high expectations for both the students and the faculty. Restorative Practice is central to all we do at The Dean Academy because we think a school can only succeed when it is a true community. We ask that all community members be prepared, responsible, and polite because our vision is founded on fun, success, and community. From our pupils, we demand nothing less than exceptional conduct and a positive attitude toward study. We think that perseverance and hard effort may lead to success for all kids. In order to help pupils develop a thorough knowledge and comprehension of the world around them, we provide a comprehensive and demanding curriculum. We take pride in our inclusive philosophy, which is founded on the idea that every child has a right to an engaging education that is tailored to their individual needs. We make sure that our devoted staff members have the chance to collaborate with coworkers from Malmesbury School and Bradon Forest School because we are a part of The Athelstan Trust and Avon Teaching School Alliance. I am looking forward to getting to know you and working with you. The support of our entire school community—students, families, and staff—is crucial to our success. If you would like to set up a visit, we would be happy to welcome you to our school.
