Have high criteria for student accomplishment, and inspire all students to strive for the best, as well as to collaborate and exchange ideas with others. Create and sustain connections with the neighbourhood and promote full parental and student participation in school activities. Make sure there is a clear and consistent growth within the school each year and that the transfer from the infant school to the secondary school is as seamless as feasible.
