Carr Infant School

There are over 300 students enrolled in our school, ranging in age from 3 to 7, and they are taught by enthusiastic, vivacious, and dedicated staff members.
Together, we make sure that the kids are the centre of attention at school and that they are respected both as individuals and as members of the school community.
We collaborate with Carr Junior School to guarantee a seamless transition for Year 2 students entering Year 3 because we have strong ties to both institutions.
Our kids have the chance to learn and grow in a brand-new building with a sizable outside space.
We believe that children's learning is much wider than that defined in the National Curriculum, and look to enhance knowledge and confidence through visits and visitors, using our Forest School areas and outdoor shelters, cooking with the children in our kitchen area as well as teaching the children about the history and significance of the local area they live in.
Regardless of where they are beginning from or any additional requirements they may have, all children are supported and encouraged to attain their greatest potential in a compassionate, friendly environment.
At Carr, our children's happiness and enjoyment of their time with us come first.
