For kids in Year 1 and up, Ethos is a lunchtime club that meets on Thursdays from 12:20 to 12:25. Children's knowledge and comprehension of the school's Christian principles, such as the Fruit of the Spirit and children's rights, are developed via enjoyable and engaging activities in Ethos Club. Games, debates, and crafts are among the activities. We are working on Ethos, a kid-led club that is facilitated by Mrs. Moxley and Miss Porter, as part of being a rights-respecting school. Once a month, a small group of kids get together to arrange events that highlight a Christian ideal, a Fruit of the Spirit, or a provision of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The next three weeks, kids in grades 1 through 6 are invited to participate in these events. The Ethos Committee is in charge of outlining and managing their activity. In an effort to have members from each year group on the committee, Mrs. Moxley and Miss Porter, along with the committee, are striving to increase awareness of and interest in Ethos Club.

The school infringes on children’s human rights by teaching a biased religious curriculum and not the Cheshire East Education Authority approved syllabus.
"Religious Overload at the School" I recently visited the school in question, and I must say, I was taken back by the overwhelming religious atmosphere. The institution seems to be way over the top when it comes to promoting religious beliefs. From the constant worship sessions to the excessive use of Bible quotes and religious iconography all around the campus, it's hard to escape the feeling of being in a church rather than a place...
