I'm delighted to present myself as Bellerive FCJ Catholic College's new headteacher.
I feel delighted and honoured to have been chosen by the Trustees and Governors to manage such a fantastic institution.
I have been a teacher at St. Anselm's College, a boys' grammar school on the Wirral, for the past 22 years, the last 11 as the deputy headmaster.
A student's regular attendance at school is crucial.
The way the Bellerive students are dressed has really pleased me; they are a credit to you and the school.
This, in my opinion, counts and promotes a sense of pride and belonging.
The teaching facilities at Bellerive are unparalleled, and once construction on the new sports centre is complete, it will be added to the current portfolio of amenities, allowing your child to thrive and pursue excellence in this environment.
I'm incredibly grateful to Sr. Brigid, the school's governors, and trustees for having the foresight to make all of this a reality.
I have always recognised how an FCJ education motivates pupils to become the greatest versions of themselves and to stand out as beacons of hope in a challenging world since my girls attended Upton Hall FCJ on the Wirral.
I can guarantee you that I will lead this school according to the FCJ values of gentleness, hope, dignity, justice, friendship, and excellence so that it develops into a community of academic and personal excellence.
