I'm thrilled to greet you on our school's website. We hope to give you a sense of our school through our website, as well as regularly updated information for both parents and students. Being the headteacher of Bayside Academy is a privilege, and I am really proud of our school and all that it has accomplished. We are located in and surrounded by a stunning natural setting. Within walking distance of the school are beaches, marshes, pathways, breathtaking vistas, and access to a train station. We at Bayside are enthusiastic about learning and try to instil in our students a passion and joy for it that will last the rest of their life. Our motto, "High Expectations lead to High Achievers," demonstrates this. With a strong dedication to excellent teaching and learning, our staff is amazing. We believe in the development of the 'whole child' as an individual, who will leave our school with the skills and qualities needed to become a responsible global citizen in an ever changing world. We make sure that each child has the finest opportunity possible so they can succeed. Children at our school have a sense of safety and security and are aware that they are a part of a caring "family" environment.
