Could I please introduce myself to you? David Lancaster here, and I'm thrilled to be the new head of the school. Working with all of our students, faculty, staff, parents, and the larger community is something I am truly looking forward to. I have made a complete commitment to obtaining the greatest results for each and every one of our pupils. I began my profession as a physical education teacher and have been a teacher for 26 years. I acquired my school leadership experience in Greater Manchester. More recently, I have led two academies over the last three and a half years within a large Multi Academy Trust in Lincolnshire. Both academies have had rapid academic growth and are currently in excellent positions. I think education is quite simply put in my mind. To accomplish their "Personal Best" each and every day, your child needs to be stretched and supported. To ensure the best results for every child, we can achieve this by communicating with you and putting quality first in our education.
