This is the webpage for Woolhampton Church of England Primary School. Our joint aim at Woolhampton, a cheerful, small school, is to "enable everybody to flourish." Our committed and highly qualified staff team works hard to make sure that every one of our students is given the opportunity to succeed not only academically but also personally. In order to ensure that our kids are happy students who like school and carry joyful memories with them, we prioritise their safety and wellbeing. Being a church school, everything we do is based on our Christian ethos. We encourage our children to reflect daily upon the awe and wonder of life and reflect on big questions by developing critical thinking skills driven by a desire to always want to know more. Our fundamental principles include encouraging everyone to act with decency, courtesy, kindness, and compassion as well as responsibility and safety. We demand of our kids that they push themselves, give it their all, persevere, and display endurance. Our recent OFSTED report (September 2018) supported our view that we are a 'good' school where teachers are motivated to deliver a rich, engaging and broad curriculum that harnesses the children's varied passions and abilities. If you want to come see us in action, please call the office to set up a visit. We would be happy to welcome new families.
