From the Woodford Primary School
Woodford is a well-known primary school for students aged 4 to 11; there are now 459 students enrolled across 16 classes.
Large, bright classrooms, shared learning areas, two libraries, two computer labs, a music room, four playgrounds, an outdoor amphitheatre, a forest area, and a sizable school field are just a few of the many learning environments available on our expansive school campus.
The Infant and Junior Schools were combined to form Woodford Primary School in 2010, and in June 2016 we joined the Plym Academy Trust.
We are really enthusiastic about the opportunities provided by the Trust and the partnership between the schools, which supports us on the development and improvement path of our own school.
We are extremely proud of Woodford Primary School and the committed and knowledgeable staff who focus on the requirements of each child, making sure they feel confident, happy, safe, and well-equipped for their next academic and life challenges.
Because of their high standards of conduct, good attitudes toward learning, and all-around accomplishments, our students serve as our greatest ambassadors and are the product of our tight collaboration with parents.
The school expects its employees, volunteers, and parents to share its commitment to promoting and protecting children's welfare.
