At the centre of the little rural Wingrave community is the expanding primary school Wingrave Church of England School. We are a learning community that aims to involve all relevant parties and members of the larger community in order to enhance the learning of the kids. Being a church school, we are dedicated to participating in daily acts of communal worship that help us instil our values and ethos, which are based in the Christian faith. The kids appreciate having church team members visit them frequently and taking part in celebrations at St. Peter and St. Paul's, the neighbourhood church. We continue to create a comprehensive and varied curriculum that is centred on the needs of our students, but more importantly, we push them to consider how we learn. As a result, we hope to build students who are lifelong, resilient, curious, and adaptable learners. Philippians 4:13 states, "I can do all things through Christ who empowers me. We provide strong academic standards, a caring culture, and a family-like environment as a Church School. Here at Wingrave, every child matters. The children entrusted to the care of Wingrave Church of England School are protected and safeguarded to the greatest standards. where we honour each person's unique abilities and skills as they were created in God's image. Our catchment area includes the towns of Wingrave, Aston Abbotts, Cublington, and Rowsham, however we also accept students from other communities where space is available in our school. If you are a potential parent, we encourage you to visit our school in person. To schedule a visit, call the school office at 01296 681436. We would be happy to show you around. To foster an environment where we can mould our learning, life, and spirituality in a setting of creativity, challenge, curiosity, wonder, love, and joy. This community will be enriched by worship and celebration and will grow together within a framework of Christian principles.
