From the Welling School
As the new headteacher of Welling School, it gives me great pleasure to write to you.
I'm happy to be going back to the institution where my teaching career began, and since I was hired for the spring semester, I've had the chance to go there several times.
As a result, the commencement of the summer term has been focused on important objectives.
Second, encouraging a supportive and civil learning atmosphere where both faculty and students can thrive.
Our pupils are at the centre of all we do, so I'm adamant that staff members have high expectations for everyone.
There has been progress in the way students behave in lessons so they can learn.
In order to maximise learning time, we are currently taking initiatives to increase standards throughout the whole school day.
First and foremost, there is a push for being on time for school and lessons.
This has enabled us to increase the number of staff members on duty and the amount of activities available to pupils.
It also means that we have another class when the faculty can maximise student learning in a much quieter setting.
The goal of these actions is to establish the proper culture.
I will be collaborating with all interested parties over the upcoming months to begin defining Welling School's vision and principles for the institution's upcoming chapter.
For Welling School, this is an incredibly exciting time.
The Kemnal Academies Trust operates under the name Welling School.
