Respect is a value that is talked with children. It starts with respect for oneself and extends to respect for one's family, for others, for the world and its inhabitants, and for the environment (as seen in our Green Flag award).
Collective worship, RE, PSHE, and our school's values all cover respect.
In RE and communal worship, kids learn about various religions and cultures, which helps them comprehend them and be tolerant of others.
Democracy.
When respect and justice are discussed with kids, they learn how to be democratic.
Children are able to express their opinions and engage in discussion with other kids through the Eco Committee and the School Council.
Law and order.
The regulations that are established for the school at the beginning of the year and those that are created in the classrooms involve all of the students.
The kids are encouraged to learn independently and to voice their opinions.
