The community of Vernham Dean, a bordering settlement between Hampshire and Wiltshire, is centred around our school. The school is situated in lovely grounds, making it the ideal setting for outdoor education. As a school, we take great pride in our connections to the neighbourhood we serve. We hope you enjoy browsing our website and get a clear feel of the philosophy behind Vernham Dean. Every kid is a unique individual who needs to develop and feel valued in a joyful, secure atmosphere based on constructive relationships and reciprocal respect, and we recognise this. Our mission at Vernham Dean is to create "Courageous, Compassionate, Creative citizens for the future," which represents the high expectations we have of one another. We take great pride in the accomplishments of each and every student, and we work hard to ensure that they have the risk-taking, decision-making, problem-solving, and resilience that will serve them well in the future.
