Everyone at UTS places a high priority on our school's ethos and core principles. Our motto, "Living God's Love, Together We Flourish," is at the heart of our philosophy and is clear in the way we assist and collaborate with all of our children and families. Each member of the team takes great satisfaction in being courteous, sympathetic, and devoted to meeting the needs of the neighbourhood. We have been a "Values" school for a long time; this refers to the vital British and human principles that we teach and uphold, as well as our distinctively Christian values. Being a Church of England school, we put our Christian identity and ethos at the centre of everything we do. We rely on the strength of our tight and incredibly supportive relationship with Rev. Stephen Liley and Clapham Church throughout the course of the school's existence and through Stephen's weekly worship. Additionally, we have a great working connection with the Diocese of St. Albans and neighbourhood schools, with whom we collaborate whenever feasible.
