Welcome to the Thornton Primary School website. We are a small primary school in Leicestershire serving students between the ages of 4 and 11. We are a founding academy of the Symphony Learning Trust and maintain a close working relationship with several Shepshed area schools, most notably Newcroft Primary School. Our head teacher is Mrs. Sarah Acton. We are a tiny village primary school where we get to know each student individually. We have high expectations for each and every one of our kids as part of our ethos, which is focused on support, challenge, and encouragement. We promote consideration and courtesy for other people, their beliefs, and their customs. We assist kids in cultivating active, inquisitive minds so they can make future-affecting judgements and comprehend the perspectives of others. We believe that by cooperating, our competent, committed, and caring staff team can achieve the greatest level of improvement. Please don't hesitate to schedule a visit if any parents are interested. You and your kid will be warmly welcomed by Mrs. Acton at Thornton Primary School. We sincerely hope you enjoy browsing our website and discover the details you're looking for.
