As the headteacher of Tadley Primary School, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you. I've been welcomed with open arms by the faculty, students, and parents, and I'm looking forward to the school's next chapter. Having been a Headteacher for 12 years in two other schools I am already very impressed by the strength of the school team and their determination to ensure each child develops a passion for learning in a warm and nurturing environment. Founded in the late nineteenth century, Tadley Community Primary School is the original village school and remains at the heart of our community. It is a non-denominational, two-form entrance school that serves kids between the ages of 4 and 11. Our accommodation ranges from original classrooms which have been totally re- purposed to provide excellent facilities for our youngest children, to modern purpose-built classrooms for our older children. Our PTA worked quite hard to ensure that our playgrounds were both big and well-equipped. Tadley is a cheerful school where we make the most of every learning opportunity and recognise children's accomplishments at every turn. We offer the children an ever increasing range of visits, clubs and extra-curricular activities to ensure their primary experience is truly memorable. Although Ofsted frequently rates us as a Good school, we constantly work to improve and achieve Outstanding. We strongly believe in working together with parents and hope you will enjoy the many opportunities to be involved in school life. Visitors are cordially invited to the school.
