As a school, we are quite clear about the type of education we aim to provide and the qualities we want to instil in each and every student. We aspire to be school which offers high expectations, respect and enjoyment, and which expects good behaviour, respect and a commitment to learning in return. We think that engaging activities help kids learn the most. Our school offers a rich and varied learning environment that enables students to fully develop their skills and abilities. We take great pride in both the students in our care and our institution. We consider the school as a learning community where everyone works hard and has fun, and we think that special occasions and traditions play a big part in school life. It is our aim that, when our pupils leave us to continue their education in the secondary sector, they will have experienced and become proficient in a wide range of skills, have a sound knowledge of the basic educational requirements, possess lively enquiring minds, and the confidence with which to present themselves to their best advantage as they face the future.
