From the Step by Step School Limited
Since it first began, Step by Step has changed.
We have been successful in creating a special curriculum that accommodates each student's diverse demands and talents.
The programme, which is taught one-on-one, is extremely individualised, developmental, and comprehensive.
Our staff receives ongoing training to make sure they are knowledgeable about the many teaching methods we employ, effective in them, and up to date on recent advancements in the industry.
We understand that there is a vast range of needs among autistic people, and we do not adhere to the "one size fits all" philosophy.
Our method is based on communication with parents, which guarantees the consistency and continuity of input necessary for students' success.
All of our students struggle with academics and have moderate to severe social and communication issues.
For students who can access mainstream classmates and would benefit from integration, we have established "inclusion programmes."
More recently, we have set up chances for inclusion for our secondary-age students at a nearby specialised school.
To guarantee that they have thorough knowledge and comprehension of both autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and the methods, strategies, and tools we employ, all of our teaching team adheres to a particular training programme.
