At St. Mary's, we believe that cooperation is key to creating a successful, content team. We demonstrate our oneness by coming together frequently during the week in class, on the playground, and elsewhere at the school. At St. Mary's, we respect one another in a variety of ways, including by lending a hand to one another and making accommodations for one another. We get respect from others when we respect them. At St Mary's we always try to have fun and be joyous we have fun, we smile and we enjoy coming to school to see our friends and learn new things. Joy stems from a variety of factors, including courage because it is only when we face a challenge and overcome it that we can feel joy. Giving brings about receiving, which enables us to convey joy throughout the school. At St. Mary's, we believe that love entails giving and taking care of others. When we show love to our neighbours, we are following Jesus' example. We think that love is a powerful force that never fails and is something of which we can all be proud. We experience love if we love others. Following Jesus' example, we strive to be fearless in everything we do at St. Mary's. Whether it is doing something a second time, pushing through pain, or trying something new, we constantly strive to have bravery. We think that being courageous involves doing something even when you don't think you can succeed and persisting even when it seems impossible.
