I would want to take this opportunity to welcome you and express my extreme joy and pride at being named the new headteacher of St. Mary's Primary School.
For almost 18 years, I have worked in primary schools in Essex as a class teacher, senior leader, and headteacher.
I held the position of Headteacher at St. John's Church of England Primary School before to being appointed to this position, and I also served as Assistant Head Teacher there for a while.
I am incredibly thrilled to be joining St. Mary's and am committed to fostering the "whole child" by acknowledging how important it is for students of all interests to succeed in every subject covered by the National Curriculum.
I think it's important for us to make an effort to recognise our kids' accomplishments in all facets of school life as a Christian community.
At St. Mary's, I want the kids to be able to be proud of their excellent academic accomplishments as well as the musical, artistic, and sporting opportunities that are provided to them both inside and outside of the classroom. This will give them additional things to be proud of as well as the chance to discover their passions and interests, which will help them become well-rounded and, most importantly, happy people.
Additionally, I believe it is critical that you, as parents or carers, have a voice because you serve as your children's primary instructors.
My goal at St. Mary's is that you can always reach out to us and that we take the time to hear your complaints, concerns, and ideas for our school.
You may rest confident that as the proud Headteacher of St. Mary's Primary School, I am fully aware of the significance of your child's primary school and, as a father myself, I am conscious of what our children represent to us. While your child or children are a part of our school community, I will put forth every effort to provide the finest possible education for them.
Over the upcoming weeks, I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your kids.
