We are a growing institution, and as of 2012, we were able to welcome 150 Year 7 children as opposed to the previous 120. As a result, the academy had 750 pupils at its maximum capacity in 2017. Sport is our area of expertise, while science is our secondary subject. Mike Adnitt, the principal, is actively collaborating with the staff to improve the chances for the students with the help of his Senior Leadership team, which consists of one Director and two Assistant Principals, Tony Wood, Phill Dalowsky, and Helen West. The Diocese of Lincoln sponsors us, and our Trustees actively assist us. Martin Monks is our board of trustees' chairman. Our basic principles of truth, fairness, respect, generosity, and forgiveness serve as the foundation for both our vision and ethos. We are a member of the North Lincolnshire BSF programme, which renovated and/or rebuilt our existing academy for about 11 million. It was an exciting time for all of us, and our students are now learning in a wonderful atmosphere as a result.
