Headteachers Welcome Small St. Katharine's Church of England (VC) Primary School enrols many students who live outside of its catchment area because of its idyllic and distinctive location in Savernake Forest. We presently have 97 students enrolled, ranging in age from 4 to 11, and they are from various nearby villages and hamlets. The ties that our school cultivates among all of its stakeholders within a Christian ethos are something we take great pride in. Since each child is unique, our goal is to help them realise that their potential is limitless rather than attempting to predict it. As soon as a child enters St. Katharine's for the first time, they go on a journey as a learner, gaining the abilities to become independent, engaged, and in charge of their own learning. Our goal is to instil a lifelong love of learning in the kids at our school, one that they will carry with them after they graduate. In addition to utilising the amazing outdoor environment right outside our door and utilising cutting-edge ICT and other interesting learning resources and teaching strategies, our teaching staff works enthusiastically and energetically to plan a varied and creative approach to the curriculum that is taught. All of our students are held to very high academic, personal, moral, and social standards, and they consistently perform admirably. You are welcome to schedule a visit to the school by contacting the front office (see contact us). We always take great pride in showing potential parents and kids around our very unique school.
