Since July 2015, St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School has been a Voluntary Academy and a member of the Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust. Boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 11 are served by our school. In Bilton, Harrogate, St. Joseph's Church is located next to its grounds. The school is located in the town's northernmost residential neighbourhood. At St Joseph's we are here to serve the educational needs of the Catholic children in our area and the religious instruction is given according to the teaching and practices of the Catholic Church. According to our mission statement, "Love one another as I have loved you," the Catholic faith is vital to every aspect of school life. We work hard to incorporate the loving, caring, compassionate, and sharing principles of our school into all we do. The kids routinely organise, direct, and take part in communal prayer, special gatherings, and Masses in the church, which we hold jointly with the Parish on holy days and other significant occasions. By ensuring that we take a comprehensive approach to each child's personal, social, and academic development, we strive for the best educational standards and support each child in becoming confident and happy. We work hard to create a learning atmosphere that prioritises the academic, spiritual, and emotional growth of the kids. Our curriculum, which spans all stages, is designed to provide every child the best chance to learn and develop into an autonomous, resilient, self-assured, and content young person.
