It is almost impossible to find a head teacher like Mr. Smith, who is dedicated to his students and pays individual attention to each one of them. Leaders like him not only positively influence the overall success and atmosphere of a school but also deeply contribute to the academic and personal development of students. When teachers and administrators engage with students on a personal level, it not only improves performance but also strengthens the students'...
Too much bullying in the school. The teachers don’t care and just watch students get bullied physically and psychologically.
