This chapter served as some of the inspiration for the school's mission statement, which was developed by a group of governors, teachers, and Reverend Dave to help Silsoe VC Lower School focus on its goals and purpose.
Our mission is in line with contemporary educational and societal concerns, and it is based on biblical theology.
Recognizing its historical roots, the school will work in conjunction with the Church of England at the parish and diocesan levels to preserve and promote its religious character.
