All of us want to help each other be the change we want to see in the world.
We can construct a network of schools capable of attaining this objective by continuously striving to enliven and develop our people.
By maintaining this concentration, we hope to make a significant contribution to the field of education and serve as a role model for others.
enabling each Trust member to utilise their unique strength and potential.
to develop fantastic learning opportunities for young people and future generations.
to do our part in assisting all students in having a positive impact on the world.
The Mast Academy Trust was founded in December 2016 to leverage its Academy status to strengthen already-solid relationships centred on the students and families in our community.
The Trust currently has four excellent schools serving students aged 4 to 13 in its care.
We want to transform the offerings and results for students and their families by strategically collaborating across our Pyramid of schools and with other agencies.
The Trust intends to aggressively collaborate with other schools and the Regional Schools Commissioner (RSC) to expand its family of academies once it is created, in addition to its improvement efforts in its current member academies.
This will make it easier to implement system-led innovations that are enhanced, to collaborate inside the organisation among leaders and personnel, and to achieve better economies of scale that are necessary in the difficult educational environment.
