From the Sheldwich Primary School
We believe in achieving consistently excellent standards of work and behaviour in a joyful and caring environment at Sheldwich Primary School. "A dream team, the personnel here is attentive, empathetic, and motivating.." (quote from a parent). Strong efforts are made to advance students' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural education. Students are able to demonstrate their understanding of what they are reading at an advanced level when teachers utilise questioning wisely. Our school community gives our kids the tools they need to realise their full potential, develop self-confidence, and respect themselves, others, and their environment. We cherish the support and contributions our parents give to our school and work closely with them. At Sheldwich we have much to celebrate, combining the friendliness and values of a village school with modern technology and quality teaching. We are a forest school located in the most picturesque rural area, giving our students the chance to fully utilise the nearby woods. Apart from an exciting, challenging and stimulating curriculum, we offer a modern, well-maintained school site, friendly and approachable staff, a wide range of extra- curricular activities and extended school in the form of Early Birds, Night Owls and Little Hedgehogs Pre-School. Although this is obviously only a little view of life at Sheldwich Primary School, we hope you enjoy your visit. Visitors who want to learn more about becoming parents are welcome, and we would be happy to show you around. To make an appointment, kindly get in touch with the school office.
