I'd like to start by extending a warm welcome to you and your kid at Shears Green Junior School. I just wanted to express how happy we are to be working with you. With so many dedicated staff members and students, Shears Green Juniors is a place I'm extremely proud to work. I usually tell the kids that my goal in life is to treat others the way I want to be treated. Children must be treated with respect, and I demand that they do the same for the adults in their immediate surroundings. We receive it back if we set a good example. I often reflect on how happy I was with my own children's primary education, so if we can draw from that, I'm confident we'll strike the perfect balance. Children's achievement is greatly influenced by both their primary schooling and the educational support they receive at home. If children are not assisted with homework outside of school, we can do the best job in the world while they are in school, but they will never attain their full potential. In addition to providing a good all-around education in the classroom, we also provide before- and after-school clubs for the kids. With teaching assistants, listening ears, a learning mentor, a part-time therapist, and a family worker on staff in addition to class teachers and our inclusion manager, our pastoral care is exceptional. I'm eager to collaborate with you. We want you to be a lifelong learner, so have fun while you're here at Shears Green Junior School and never be afraid to ask questions! .
