The Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Yarmouth exists to educate kids in a loving, Christian environment where everyone can succeed both now and in the future.
We prepare kids for the experiences, opportunities, and responsibilities of a changing world.
As a Federation, we decided that the kids should be able to relate to the same three core values.
They were relationships, resolve, and respect.
As church schools, we felt that these were all characteristics that Jesus possessed or would wish us to exhibit in ourselves and to others.
Every term, the kids reflect on what the values mean to them and work toward them.
All students will have learned about the three values by the end of this school year.

We at the Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Yarmouth take school improvement seriously and have high expectations for the students in our schools.
In order to elevate the aspirations of all of our learners, both adults and children, we write our school improvement plan on "kites."
The Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Yarmouth is promoting British values.
The basic British principles of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and respect for people of all religions and beliefs must be promoted in all schools, according to the DfE, which has lately reaffirmed the need for doing so.
Through our Junior Leadership Teams and student surveys, students have the chance to voice their opinions.

The principles are well understood by the students, who can relate to how they are displayed in both their own and other people's daily lives.

We aim to provide our students every chance to comprehend and respect such variety.

Respect, tenacity, and relationships are the Federation's three core ideals (RaDaR).
Through the positive management of behaviour we aim to uphold the core values of our schools, enabling children to be respected and respectful, have determination to learn and to foster positive relationships with adults and children alike within the school and wider community.
It is the responsibility of everyone in school to promote our nurturing ethos and to make positive choices about their behaviour, take responsibility for their own actions, and promote the development of positive self-esteem and wellbeing.
At all times, we will model and promote respect for others and accountability for our own actions.
A school where every individuals is, included within the Christian ethos, teaching and learning, should experience Christian worship and develop links within the communities.
