You'll discover that our sixth form is a lively, welcoming, and diverse community. We set high goals for each student and demand the best performance from them in every area of school life. During your time with us we will help to bridge the gap between school and the world beyond, developing the independence and resilience to give students the confidence to be the best they can be. In a very encouraging environment, our pupils are stretched and encouraged to develop a love of learning. Along with your Heads of Year, we provide an exceptional staff of teachers, tutors, and academic mentors to support you during your time with us. Our pupils successfully transfer to universities in large numbers. We provide a variety of alternatives for people considering alternative paths to explore, including apprenticeships. Through a comprehensive programme of enrichment, extracurricular activities, and work experience, we encourage students to have a broad and well-rounded education beyond the classroom. We hope that by doing this, you will grow as a person and acquire employable skills that will help you in the future. We appreciate your interest in Roundhay Sixth Form.
