The Rise School's mission is to foster a thriving learning community and serve as a model for best practises for schools for students with social communication problems and autism by giving our students access to a wide range of age-appropriate curricula. Both students and adults like going to school each day and are proud of their accomplishments. Parents and carers are assured that their kids are secure, content, making headway, and that their opinions are taken into consideration. All students receive the encouragement and difficulties they require to study and flourish outside of the classroom; quality of life is essential. Every member of the staff creates consistently engaging and challenging learning opportunities for our autistic students. The Rise bases all we do on our beliefs. All of our employees and students participated in the collaborative process that led to their selection. We often celebrate and explicitly teach our principles. We give examples of how kindness is beneficial to everyone's well-being both when it is given and received. We want our students to be great self-advocates in their future lives because they have much to be proud of. We are aware that our students will encounter difficulties in life, but we are optimistic that with the appropriate approaches and outlook, they can succeed. Hearing directly from our staff is the most effective method to communicate the student-centered and team-driven culture of The Rise School. Our staff members completed the following statement during a recent training day.
