Awful school, doesn’t accommodate children who need extra help, lie to parents to pretend that they help and dont do anything, ignores the safe guarding policy you can be harassed by other students with absolutely nothing done. If you struggle you get shoved into a library with no help its a terrible school
this school has been a horrible experience from day one of my child being there i’m astounded that it received a good in the ofsted report and not on special measure’s the lack of communication between the staff and how the senior staff are still there with so many parents and children having issues with them is unbelievable! extremely badly managed and an unpleasant school i wouldn’t even give it one star
I’m not sure whether the other reviews relate to the main part of the school, but my child has a place at the Ark (which is RL’s ARB). The staff there have been fantastic even before my son joined in year 7. He had three settling in days with his TA where he met teachers and other ARB students so that he was well orientated by the time he joined. The curriculum has been tailored...
This school is extremely disappointing. The SEN team's performance is appalling, with serious safeguarding issues and a lack of care from staff. The organization and management throughout the school is very poor, with lost documents being a common thing and insufficient email follow-ups. Many other parents have faced similar issues, I'm surprised it's not been placed on special measures.
Horrible experience. No safeguarding, no sen support. Uncaring headteacher. Little support for students. Overly concerned about uniform to a detrimental effect. Ineffective at giving students the help to progress. Very limited pd lessons.
