Rackheath Bombers Pre-school has been in operation for more than 40 years, and during that time, a great deal has changed. Despite this, we have remained committed to providing safe, secure learning opportunities that support children's development while also recognising the uniqueness of each child and their family.
Our team is highly skilled and experienced, and we work together to give the kids in our care the finest care possible.
Staff members retain their thorough understanding of the EYFS through ongoing professional development.
We have been working as a team over the past few months to think, talk about, and change our practise in response to the new EYFS, especially how we monitor children's progress and the progress check at age 2.
All employees have completed child protection training within the last three years and hold applicable childcare credentials.
The activities and experiences offered to children by childcare providers are shaped by the Learning and Development Requirements.
The assessment requirements specify how childcare providers keep track of and prepare for kids' development.
