Students at Race Leys are offered excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a vibrant and fascinating environment.
Our curriculum, which includes teaching in art, music, computing, modern foreign languages, philosophy for children (P4C), and physical education in addition to literacy and math, was moulded by our dedication to giving children a rich and interesting educational experience. This clause guarantees that our kids acquire a love of learning and grow into well-rounded adults with a broad range of skills.
We are also proud of our school's extensive extracurricular offerings.
In advance of our Griffin Trust cross-school theme for 2018–19, "This Green and Pleasant Land," in which we will be focussing on the environment with all its joys and accompanying challenges, we are establishing our new environment club, "Gardening Angels," this term.
At both the local and national levels, our school participates in a variety of competitive sports, and we are proud of the ongoing success of our students in these arenas.
All students at Race Leys have the chance to take part in a variety of excursions, including a residential outdoor education programme, as well as outings to theatres, the Leicester Space Museum, and museums.
Our school is a well-lit, resource-rich learning environment where students take delight in guiding and enhancing our community under the direction of the School Council.
