We think education should be engaging, worthwhile, and difficult. We are unyielding in our desire to give every kid the tools they need for lifetime learning through our contextualised curriculum. Our goal is to create learners who are responsible, empathic, resilient, and confident, with a solid foundation in contemporary British ideas, ready for their next steps in their educational journey. Teamwork and strong relationships among all stakeholders, from the children (who are at the centre of every decision) to the governors, parents, and the larger community, are essential to establishing high standards and effective learning. Every child matters in this situation. Through constructive alliances and attitudes, we cater to the unique needs of each child. We work hard to help children grow into entire people in a setting where diversity is valued. Through our curriculum and the connections formed between our local and international communities, we encourage sustainability and a sense of the larger global challenges. At Phoenix Infant Academy, democracy and inclusivity are at the centre of every choice, and this is also true for the creation of OUR Values. To create OUR HEROIC Values, many stakeholders were involved. We stress the OUR because all members of the staff, governors, parents, and guests are required to uphold them as well. They are not only for the kids.
