Being the head teacher of such a warm school, where each child's special abilities are recognised and cherished, makes me feel really honoured. I hope you enjoy exploring our website to learn more about our school. Parbold Douglas is a fantastic community school where each student is nurtured and respected. We take pride in nurturing children and fostering their abilities within the framework of our strong Christian ethos. This pleasant environment allows us to build competent learners. On Lancaster Lane in Parbold, we are located. In 1879, Douglas Church of England School was established near to Christ Church. In 1976, the school relocated to its current location and has maintained close ties with Christ Church Parbold. Our school makes sure that these are taught effectively and creatively to make learning enjoyable because we recognise the crucial role that these abilities play in preparing our students for their future learning. With a wide range of extracurricular opportunities, we make sure kids can take advantage of a range of opportunities to learn and develop their skills in school and during the broad range of out-of-hours learning. Our broad curriculum gives kids the chance to develop their skills and understanding in all areas of the curriculum. We are fortunate to have excellent indoor and outdoor learning environments, and we are constantly seeking to maximise the learning opportunities these present. I hope that our website provides you an idea of what our school has to offer, but you are more than welcome to visit and take a look around. I would be honoured to show you around; please call the office to schedule a visit.
