I feel incredibly privileged to lead this fantastic school. We take great satisfaction in being a joyful, secure, compassionate, and forward-thinking school. At Padiham Primary we are totally committed to continually improving teaching and learning, there are high expectations for all groups of pupils and our motto is, 'Success through Effort' and we feel this promotes resilience and perseverance in our children who try their best and grow into independent learners always ready to take on new challenges.
