Our mission is to provide children with a high-quality primary education in a nurturing and engaging atmosphere, giving everyone an equal chance to succeed and enabling them to reach their full potential.
From the time of enrollment at age four or older until transfer at age eleven, we seek to provide a broad, balanced curriculum to which all students have equal access and that will foster their intellectual, spiritual, ethical, and physical growth.
The second phase of the Foundation Stage of Learning begins during the child's first year of school.
We aim to make sure that each child's self-awareness and self-esteem continue to develop.
Our goal is to create a safe environment where the kid can grow, learn, and gain confidence.
Instead of focusing on certain courses, we want to create abilities that are applicable to every aspect of the curriculum.
The requirement that students gain the whole range of abilities they will need for the adult world, which we attempt to do throughout the entire curriculum, is of great importance.
Our mission is to provide students with tough yet achievable goals that will help them succeed in their academic, personal, social, and practical endeavours.
We work to create a setting where all students feel respected and where everyone has the same opportunity.
We constantly work to increase our students' self-assurance, capacity for taking on responsibilities, and capacity for independence.
The basic British principles of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and respect for people of all religions and beliefs must be promoted, according to the Department for Education, which states that this must be done "clearly and rigorously."
The government defined British principles as Democracy, The Rule of Law, Individual Liberty, Mutual Respect, and Tolerance of Those of Different Faiths and Beliefs in the 2011 Prevent Strategy.
Since these principles are fundamental to so many nations around the world, including the long-standing values at both of our schools, the label "British values" may be rather misleading.
As a key value, "respect" guides our behaviour code and school expectations. Discussions and assemblies centre on what respect means and how it appears in our classrooms.
Students should be able to comprehend their personal rights and freedoms in PSHE and P4C, and they should get guidance on how to exercise these rights and freedoms securely.
Students will have the chance to participate in elections, student surveys, and student councils as well as learn about other democratic methods.
RE classes and assemblies reaffirm the importance of showing respect and tolerance to others.
Age-appropriate songs and speaking and listening exercises are taught.
Through exhibitions and special days where students learn about various cultures and nations through cooking, dressing up, singing, telling stories, and fact-finding activities, our schools actively foster intercultural understanding.
At both schools, older students are expected to be responsible for the care of younger students, fostering a sense of community, compassion, and mutual respect.
In addition to proactively promoting British principles, the inverse is also true; we would proactively confront students, teachers, or parents who voice attitudes that are incompatible with British values, including "extreme" viewpoints.
We relaunched our behaviour programme in February 2019 and added new cards for the kids to collect.
Every class will use this endeavour, which is a complete school effort.
We are introducing two new cards because there are many students in our school who constantly behave nicely.
Children who continuously behave well and constantly strive hard to attain their best selves will be given the Good to be Gold card.
being able to use the equipment on a Monday (both playtimes).
