Children learn most effectively, in our opinion, when there is continuity and consistency in our approach. We have similar objectives for our profession, and we work together to push and support one another to keep it at a consistently high standard. Each instructor accepts complete responsibility for the development of every student in their class. All students are held to consistently high standards by teachers in all facets of their academic and extracurricular lives. Each member of the staff is jointly responsible for the children's growth, particularly in terms of fostering fundamental literacy and numeracy abilities. Through enhancing and expanding their abilities, knowledge, and understanding throughout all courses and activities, all kids have the chance to make remarkable progress. With some topic teaching and cross-curricular organisation, we organise our curriculum using a subject-based approach. When offering the School Direct Salaried Program and a SCITT programme, Oakthorpe Primary School serves as the "lead school" in this regard. To provide a school-based pathway into teaching, we collaborate with other schools in the neighbourhood. On the 2Schools Consortium website, information on applying for positions, qualifying requirements, and funding is available.
