Welcome to Oaksey Church of England Primary School, I would like to say.
Our enrollment has been constant over the past eight years at between 85 and 90 students.
A "good" OFSTED Inspection in January 2018 and a recent SIAMs Inspection in 2019 have given us an exceptional learning environment and chances to move the school ahead over the coming years. These developments include the construction of our new hall and our extension for Year 1 and 2.
The Governing Body unanimously approved an interim partnership with Sutton Benger CE Primary School in September 2015.
With staff directing collaborative learning initiatives and connecting subject leadership, both schools worked closely together to improve the education of all students.
Additionally, we are collaborating with the Hobbes Alliance group of schools, a local school cluster, to increase the learning opportunities for our kids.
This entails collecting data, exchanging people and material resources, and providing chances for joint training and CPD.
We are excited to continue with our re-accreditation after receiving The Challenge Award in July 2018 for fostering the abilities of all children thanks to our approach to teaching kids as individuals.
We have strong ties to All Saints Church in our community, which is clearly visible from the hall window.
We collaborate with the village for numerous programmes as well as our neighbourhood Youth Club, which meets once a week in a dedicated space on the property.
This website is intended to be helpful and to give you a sense of the school, the students, and the professionals who approach every day as a brand-new learning opportunity.
