All of Northgate's activities are guided by its goals. They play a significant role in the school's daily operations and form the basis of our strategic planning. Teaching for Learning is the process of inspiring all students to actively participate in their education by cultivating dynamic, inquisitive minds and valuing success. Inclusive Learning: To keep advancing the idea of inclusive learning by working to break down obstacles and increase possibilities for everyone. Behavior for Learning: To promote students' active participation in their education and their adoption of the Northgate Values of respect, perseverance, and teamwork. Creating a strong school community that collaborates with parents, the neighbourhood community, and other stakeholders is the goal of the learning community project. Learning Environment: To offer students and staff a secure, healthy, and engaging learning environment while making sure that the necessary resources are available to support the learning process.
