I'm delighted to welcome you to Northease, where we have such a lovely community. I consider myself fortunate to be the head of a school that actually puts its pupils at the centre of every choice. A committed and knowledgeable staff team ensures the best possible educational experience for the young people in our care, and our holistic and individualised approach produces a safe environment for pupils, many of whom have struggled in a mainstream setting. The all-encompassing breadth of what we do helps kids to flourish where they previously would not have, to outperform in the classroom and to develop their self-esteem in a supportive environment. By removing obstacles to learning, we help students achieve what we know they are capable of. Unquestionably, Northease Manor's beautiful surroundings play a significant role in fostering a true family atmosphere where everyone knows one another, where classes are small, and where all needs can be satisfied. The attractive exterior encourages learning outside of the classroom, an area where many of our students thrive thanks to their passion for agriculture and the natural world.
