I'd like to extend a warm welcome to you and your kid to our expanding and forward-thinking school on behalf of the faculty, governors, and students of our school.
In addition to our exceptional Nursery and Pre-School services, North Walney Community Primary and Nursery School has over 100 students enrolled from the ages of 2 to 11.
There are currently two pre-school sessions, one nursery session class, three primary age classes, and mixed-age classes for the first and second grades, third and fourth grades, and fifth and sixth grades.
Primary education is a crucial phase in a child's development, and at North Walney, we put the child at the centre of our educational approach, always taking into account the needs of each individual student.
Our goal is to push and encourage our students to achieve academic excellence while also ensuring that they have access to a wide range of other options offered by the school, such as extracurricular sports and the arts.
The Pre-School offers additional sessions for Pre-Schoolers and Nursery kids that are available outside of the basic hours covered by the government programme and can be paid for.
As a school, we are of the opinion that strong partnerships must be established with all members of the school community, particularly with parents and carers, in order to give our students the greatest all-around education possible.
In order to help all students reach their full potential, we work closely with parents and carers. To that end, we offer you to sign a Home School Agreement, which demonstrates our shared dedication to your child's education and wellbeing.
start going to school full-time.
As soon as your child enrols in our school, further information will be accessible through regular Newsletters and informational evenings.
We would be happy to have you if you wanted to get more involved in school.
Please inquire at the office for more information.
The majority of the initial inquiries that parents have when looking at schools are addressed in our school prospectus, but if you still have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with your child's teacher, the school administration, or me.
We are adamant about the value of constant two-way communication.
